Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or incorrect items If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order using our contact form. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
